All throughout my childhood and in my teen years I LOVED drawing. Seriously, I was so good at it too.
I tried to keep my drawings private. I had a book full of artwork that I did all day long. The few times people managed to get a peek (nosy bastards) they were like "holy crap, you really need to be an artist!"
I got compliments from everyone. Then somewhere along the way I just lost my passion for it. Among many other things I used to enjoy.
I haven't drawn in almost 10 years now. I'm kind of afraid to to be completely honest.
What would it look like now? Do I still have "it"? I feel like it's best to just leave that in the past. Meh.
WOW now that's dedication out of joy.
I feel like you still have it of course. 🙂 It's in there: if you wiggle a little bit just shake it off.~

Drawing is in my blood...
I draw my own characters, people I know, made up worlds. I used to draw anime but now I'm finding my own style.

Horses have long been my favorite subject to draw, but anything that inspires me or that can emote is what I like to draw. The bulk of my work is commissions, though. I need to do more with what I want to do, but always feel guilty about working on that if I have commission work to do, but while commission work pays, it doesn't always inspire me. I have to say that poodle hair drives me nuts......TEDIOUS poodle hair!
