DXPIL Championship I: Cancer Suns vs Gemini Moons

The Road So Far:
GEMINI MOON MAGIC
The Gemini Moon Magic had such a rough start to the season. They started the season 2-8. There were times where I felt so bad having to come into the DXP Intuition League thread and break the bad news to Tiziani that he had lost again. It was like every day I had to come into the thread and trip a person with crutches. But then…then something fantastic happened! Tiziani lead the Gemini Moon Magic on a hot streak. The team won their last 6 games straight and even dominated their Semi Final series against the favored Aries Moon Fire. They have somehow turned momentum totally in their favor. Perhaps some would even say what they have accomplished is MAGICal! The saying from the outhouse to the penthouse has never been more truthful. They have never been more focused for this moment.
CANCER SUN CRIME
In the middle of the inaugural DXPIL Season, a trade happened. Nobody realized this trade would change the entire course of the season. Scruffles was on a struggling almost dead in the water Aquarius Moon team when the trade happened. From there she was able to lead the Cancer Sun Crime to the playoffs. The Cancer Suns were the huge underdogs intimidated by the #1 Seed Scorpio Sun Stare. They became an even bigger underdog when they went down 0-2 in the Semi Final series. Yet, they did not stop fighting. They had a goal to get the top team out of the playoffs and they brought the series to a final stressful Game 5. The Game went to overtime and some would say the Cancer Suns lived up to their Crime name and robbed the Scorpio Suns of the series! Coming off this huge win they are pumped up and ready to take on the Championship Series.

Gemini Moons averaging 2.75 points per game in the playoffs
Gemini Moons averaging 2 points against per game in the playoffs
Cancer Suns averaging 2.2 points per game in the playoffs
Cancer Suns averaging 2.6 points against per game in the playoffs
Gemini Moons are playing better defense than Cancer Suns in the postseason so far. Cancer Sun will give up points and gave up at least 2 points to their first round opponent in every game. Gemini Moons only gave up 2 or more points in 2 out of their first 4 games. Cancer Suns needs to focus on defensive strategies to win this series while Gemini Moons just have to try and recreate what they accomplished against the Aries Moons because it worked wonders.
Gemini Moons have the higher seed so the Home field (dis)advantage
