So, I feel like this has already been a topic but what is something you've realized, or been taught, or randomly figured out or whatevs.. that made the light bulb go off in your head to say "hey!"

As an American, I refuse. Knife in right, cut, switch knife and fork and repeat 😛

Duality is very real. Highs means there are lows.

To define something simplifies it but also limits it. It's better to take a step back further and just describe it to understand it. This leaves room for growth and change.

Some lady told me that in a dream once. Except I couldn't see or hear her physically. Everything was a brilliant warm light, and I could hear and feel this message through her warmth. For some reason I always felt it was important to remember.
