Gas Shortages after Harvey
I filled up this morning, they only had premium left, and the price went up $ 0.10 from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out.
I heard this shortage would last to at least Tuesday.

The large refinery in Houston won't start back up supposedly until after Tuesday.
And prices are going up elsewhere.
