He got banned prior, for posting my avatar picture on his DJ account. Though I didn't report him, cause I didn't care. Duncan has been banning people for that. He banned youngli for posting CC's picture prior to us getting banned. Dazed got banned for posting a astro chart lol

And I know about the response thread.

Just because someone did it themselves, doesn't give you the right to do it too. Following that logic, if someone has sex with someone other than yourself. You're allowed to rape them. After all how can it be a violation of consent if they consented to sex in any regard?

The reason for exclusion is probably because of the nature of the "information" being revealed. For one, he's talking about having a gay dream. You can't really say dreams are personal, considering anyone can dream anything for any reason. The subconscious doesn't actually just run on pure symbolism and meaning. It's mostly junk information from your daily life. Vita vi, like the user said, probably because of all the gay media he's been seeing.

But most pertinently, a user account with a particular name does not prove it was written by whatever user people tend to associate with that name. In other words. How can you prove that's DJ and not someone who made a fake account to spread lies? An actual picture of a person, strictly identifies that person.

If that post revealed DJ's address, then any images of it or links to it would be banned from here to kingdom come.

Last but not least, if a person's personal picture is somehow defamed. Then there is a clear intent and achievement of insult and bullying. Whereas just posting DJ saying he's secretly homosexual is not in any shape way or form, objectively or inherently offensive.

I only read that you said the german average is 5'7. That might be true for women but men are at least 5'11 on average, maybe more like close to 6ft.
