yes, she said in the video that he had a tbi but what is confusing me is that later on they said he had a gun and no book - and never mentioned a medical device - so ?
see I think this is a lot of the problem of what is going on - and compounds the issues for all - the story comes out and then later the facts change - meanwhile the riots start from the original "story" which was not based on all the facts - and I do believe a lot of people will get the initial story in their head and ignore the facts (perhaps because they are so upset)

it's possible he could have had a book, a tbi device, some bottles of medication, and a dildo in his hands. But the original point of this thread, to ask what everyone thinks of the wife's change in behavior when she gets closer to the scene.
She seems terrified of her husband, and was trying to stop him from doing something.
If he had a Traumatic Brain Injury, why was he driving in the first place? He probably wasn't supposed to be. If he had a brain injury then he probably wasn't complying either. Sad situation. This kind of crap happens when everyone is on high alert and threatening cops lives. They become even more aggressive.

From 0:45 onwards the wife was very calm and was walking up to the scene.
From 1:10 the wife "Keith! Keith don't you do it! Don't you do it! Keith! Keith! Keith don't you do it!" She's extremely flustered, she's backing away from the scene, camera shaking all over the place.
(All the while a cop is shouting "drop the gun" multiple times. But the cops are guilty until proven innocent so let's ignore this part.)
I'm focusing on the wife. She went from 0 to 100 really quickly. She seemed terrified, but not of the cops, but of her husband. Some people believe she was telling the cops not to do it. But it also seems like she could have been talking to her husband.
