By sitting together, and having an open , authentic, dialogue. And by giving the other the chance to explain there actuons without interuption..... If things get too heated however, I will graciously leave the house, room, and give each other the time to process matters, before the situation escalates, and irreparable damage is done.... Then reconvene when calm....
