...how did it feel like writing the numbers 1997, 1998 and 1999 as some of the few numbers you first wrote?

I was probably too young to give a shit. I mean fuck those dates are when n64, pokemon, and a bunch of other fun stuff first came out.

my teacher used to make us write the date both in Arabic and Roman numerals. I felt pretty damn cool!

Same feelings. Born in 1987. The anticipation was something back then... as a young kid of course. I don't think teenagers and young adults then had the same feelings.

Yeah i remember getting close to the new millennium.. was a big thing.
