Is it better to be skinny or Curvy?

Do you think the best body is a thin one? Is there something wrong with a curvy girl? What are your opinions?

I would rather be curvy, the trick is to be curvy in the right places, yet thin in the right ones, too...unfortunately, God made very few of us in this hourglass manner. Luz is right...you know, it's weird, I can find beauty in almost everyone. Have any of you seen Steven Tyler's plus-sized model daughter? She is large, yet striking in the face.

I think that Steven Tyler's daugter is beautiful also. I don't think her "large" figure takes away from that. Phoenix, I am sure everytime someone told her she was pretty, they say, "You have such a beautiful face". As if everything else was a disaster. Not being sarastic, just real.

dude, i think j lo's gorgeous too, i mean her body isnt like THIN and her ass is HUGE but she takes care of her body so well and she has that glow that every women wants, blah!

You know, back (waaaaay back) in the day, men considered a round figure to be far more appealing than a thin one, in fact, the larger you were, the more sexy you were, because you were seen as being healthier AND wealthier (lower classes couldn't afford the food it took to get "chunky")--therefore you were more highly sought after, and also, it's been scientifically proven that a man has a more positive physiological reaction when he's shown pictures of girls with round hips and bottoms, because it's biologically ingrained that a man wants to spread his seed and further his lineage with a "fertile" woman, and girls with tiny a s s e s and hips do not biologically strike men as the most fertile of our species.

Yes, I have heard this too. In China chunky women are considered a sign of wealth. I told my boss this at his going away party. His wife was always always nagging him about his weight, but I thought he was gorgeous just because he was such a fine human being. I also told him at the end of the story that he would be considered treetrunking rich if that were the case, and I got a huge laugh from him and his wife and I just loved that about him, he never took himself to seriously, and even though he was a little big he was still goregous to me. If you like who you are, it doesnt matter what you physcically look like the beauty will come through.
I miss him very much. He was good to me and looked after me like his kid. He asked me to go with him when he was transfered but I wouldnt do it. Never had such a great boss and friend.
