Educate me. White farmers know how to grow food, but black farmers don't? I am seriously clueless on this. And I admit it. No shame. Ready to learn.

Black farmers don't have the resources required to manage farms and those can be pretty expensive so what's gonna happen is black farmers won't have the necessary requirements to sustain the farms.. they are pretty huge.. and that will lead them to abandon the farms or use them for subsistence farming and building houses on the land which will lead to a decrease in agricultural input in the overall economy.
