That woman is a heartless pig. At the end when she said "shes dead bc she made a stupid choice" :O This was her friends daughter(niece?) for chrissakes!

Yes, clearly she made a poor choice, but she was a fucking teenager in a car with keys in it. Teenagers are impulsive. To shrug your shoulders and say, 'oh well its her fault' is so fucked up. No shit its her fault at the end of the day, but that woman was so cold to go and sue for the car. She should be grateful her son didn't die, because he very well could have over HIS choice to be a passenger.

I'm appalled at the lack of responsibility of this so called parent. Its HER fault for allowing impulsive teenagers to sit in HER car unattended WITHOUT taking the keys, much more so than it is the young girls fault for driving it. That is the job of parents. To protect their children from themselves and from other factors.

Bless that defendant. I don't think I could have controlled myself from killing the bitch if that were me. In all seriousness.

That woman Diane Sheuller who was drunk and driving on the Taconic Pkwy the wrong way and killed her daughter and three nieces...IDK if anyone saw the HBO documentary, 'theres somethng wrong with aunt diane' or whatever it was titled.

Anywho, I read that her disgusting husband is suing his sister in law, who is the owner of the minivan Diane was driving when she caused the accident. (She borrowed it for the trip) He's suing because he believes somethng must have been wrong with the car. Nevermind the fact that his wife had 10 servings of Vodka in her system. The woman he is suing, btw, is the mother of the three young girls Diane killed in the wreck.
