For the men - how old where/are you when you start worrying about hair loss?

My 15 year old son came back from a family function and goes "Whew! Looks like I get to keep my hair!". I'm like "what?". He said, "well it runs on the mother's side and your dad and uncles all still have their hair".

I was surprised that one so young would be worrying about losing his hair.

Is it really bothersome to think about losing it? It makes no difference to me as far as how attractive a man is. There is so much more than hair that makes a man attractive. Of course, at my age and older, more men are going bald than not.

I started losing my hair in my 30's. I can't say it came as a surprise, as there is a certain amount of baldness in my family. I didn't worry that much about it because I figured that was just the way it is unless I want to start using expensive, and only modestly effective, meds. My ego just didn't/doesn't require such trouble and "alterations." I yam what I yam!!!!!

Yes, when they own their baldness it is indeed sexy! I'm not so superficial that I care about hair though. Albeit, I do find a balding/bald man kinda sexy... gray too can be sexy 🙂

That's what I've always heard. Can't support it. I have nothing to back it up. My dad's side has hair, my mom's side doesn't. My son is linking it to my dad's side with hopes to keep his hair.
