Here come the crybabies!
Then all you do is just validations to get some attention it seems.

Especially trying gaining some others just to agree on it.

Do you already feels satisfied? Seems like it, because you don't feel appreciated on yourself.

Oh yea, I'm hating on millenials even though I threw in my own good points. I guess getting defensive and deflection is something to be proud of?

This gen is what happens when you experence 2 world wars back to back. I know some good might come from my generation, but the reason why we don't give a fuck and don't know anything productive is obvious.

When you send all your good men with skills and intillences into war just to get slaughtered by the hundreds, my generation is what happens.

The majority of the millenials parents, parents, aka our grandparents served in Vietnam. Which was the biggest loss America ever faced. That's why everyone was so into partying and escaping life, because our parents parents we're so fucked up from not being able to follow their parents footsteps who served world war 2.

Take a look at the 70s 80s and 90s. We was conceived during these times, so its no surprised we're so fucked up. You can't raise a whole generation on sex, violence, and lies while under the influence of drugs then expect little angles with the ability to change the world for The better.

The 90's were pretty peaceful and as far as your parents, well, the only war going on was desert storm and that lasted a few hours.

I was born 1990, but even as a small child I remember how badly my parents didn't relate to my grandparents. To where my grand parents related pretty well with my great grand parents, but my grandparents could meet up to their great grandparents (those who experienced ww2) standards.

Kind of, but at the same time depressions and world wars do something in particular to the economy and society that somewhat differs from other situations in history.

Anyway I thought humans and neanderthals were 2 complelty different species. One which Neanderthals had bigger brains, but humans were just stupid enough to try impossible things, which actually made us succeeded in the long run.
Come on man!

Its off topic anyway, but you can't expect me to know something from a time I didn't exist, or to believe other people just because they claim it's fact.

My personal opinion is ......

People are so stubborn and set in their ways, because we are creatures of habit, and we feel comfortable knowing the possible outcomes of our future, so we can set goals and standards.

that is the life that makes us feel secure .... so naturally, when the tables get turned upside down, life is going to appear too unpredictable for our comfort.

And every (thing) has to have an eruption, on some level .. a disruption that leads you to the change. Change doesn't just happen while you're sitting there day after day. With everything.

You're not going to get a raise or promotion without some kind of interaction, in where your actions lead to getting the attention, for example.

Put it to a large scale, expand your perception to encompass the entirety of mankind .... if people truly believe that our world is fucked up, and needs to be reorganized, then you also have to realize that there has to be a mass group of people that have detached from the matrix, so that they will be able to dismiss the relevancy of all the bullshit.

As much as they piss me off, I think they are necessary for our evolution. I know that I don't have the drive nor ability to overthrow our outdated system.

Speaking with terms like "millenials, boomers, X.Y gen" in context of problems of the western world is like i started speaking about making a gourmet lunch and all i had was instant soup.

The pie is shrinking ladies and gents. This is how the shrinking of the pie looks like. Squabbling over crumbs, seeking culprits where there are none, while someone, somewhere, is laughing all the way to the bank.

Are you 55?

It's actually the same way here. I was born in 1994. Both of my parents are baby boomers and my grandparents are Depression kids. We never really related and my parents didn't really relate with theirs. Except my grandfather on my mom's side who was cooling than a motherfucker. Everything to them is a fight for survival.

All you old fools talk about "the good old days".

You make us jealous and think we live in millenial simulacra filth.

It's a copy of a better time. Trends repeat and evolve and nothing is authentic anymore. It's all technological and untouchable.

Then you wonder why we whine when we are all hopped up on anti depressants and told we are crap and looked down on by ppl who have clearly failed themselves.

So keep talking about how good the past was, take no responsibility for it, and blame us for the future, while we are told to hate our existence in the present.

I'm bored with this shit. You all suck.
What's interesting is a lot of Millennials do the exact same thing. There's not much difference between "Back in my day we walked 5 miles to work uphill both ways in the snow and we liked it!" and "It was easier for older people. They didn't need to deal with 9-11 and the Great Recession!".

Every generation has its challenges unique to itself and no other generation really knows what it's like.

Or you're just Gen X and don't care....just watching everything fall apart around you.

I don't know much about this Generation names or whathever...

But i did notice a pattern with generations...this is based on my interpertation with people that i interact and on the country that i grew up...the years gap might shift on people that were raised on other countries.

People born bettween 83-86 are kinda..Unique and Different.

Why? well...we saw the old days before we reached our 10 years old...but we were also the ones that grew on the new days...pop music..tv...cell phones...internet..video games..etc etc..and this was when we were Teens...probably the most crucial phase in our life !

We grew on the golden age of the 90's.

And in some countries...well you might just be the first Teenager Generation of that country.

But...we are also capable of understanding the old days...more physical interactions with people and nature w/e...Wich makes us like i said...Unique....

I see this every where when i look at my freind and people that were born under this age gap...we are smarter, we are independent, we are good "judgers" and we are probably the ones that might change this shit into better days...

I dunno if i expressed myself well...but when i look at people from this age gap...i see the same person there..over and over...

A fun fact....about 95% of those people that i know on this age gap...still don't have a kid 🙂
Bro , we get it.

The world was better when you were 12 years old.

Welcome to the club, take a seat.

Media Storage?

I'm my day media storage was a filing cabinet in the basement down 15 flights of stairs and no elevator!

And the stairwell was full of hippies and communists who would rough you up!
Quatum, you are American i guess?

Like i said...Age Gap depending on the Country.

The Teenagers were "born" on the America...So...this age gap wold go down into the 70's.

Before it was Baby-Kid-Adult

American dream introduced:

Baby-Kid-Teenager-Adult

Yes born in the US in '75.

I'm old enough to have seen the world move from everything on paper to where we are now.

I feel more gen x than y. I'm not tech savy/social media/consumerist anything.

My parents were older though so that might be more of a relatable influence.

If you were born in 1983, I think you actually are technically Gen X.

congrats! You are effectively 750% more tolerable to society.
