Sometimes I wonder how I will feel if I lost my life partner/companion. I feel sad and want to cry even thinking about it 😭

Can you imagine being with someone for 20 or 40 years and suddenly not having that person with you anymore? I can’t believe the pain of losing a spouse. I am super emotional and I feel like I wouldn’t be able to re marry. I think that will be the end of my life, right there.

I don’t care about dying myself but going through the pain of losing someone I have loved all my life would break me in a million pieces. I’d rather us die together so neither of us have tu suffer or feel alone.

Does this scare you or make you sad?

I don't even wanna think about this. I think its more scary if I die. I mean just think if I die all my accomplished musical talents will be no more. And I feel I still got a lot to live for in those regards. I can't take my guitars to my grave. I can't bear the fact of leaving those earthly treasures behind but I know someday that time will come. Till then I'm just not gonna think about it and keep my head up and enjoy life. My loved ones too but that's secondary.

It's a sad thing but I dont fear it. I always thought it would be much worse when you marry someone and like a day or week later they die. But after 10-20+ yrs... as sad as that might seem, atleast you had that 10-20+ yrs with them.

Yeah this happened to my brother. He married the love of his life only for her to pass away just months into the marriage. I don't know how he do it. I still would of been heartbroken to this day. That would haunt me for the rest of my life.
