I could understand the earth being round vs flat still being debated if we'd never invented space travel or the ISS, but we literally have PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE that shows the world is round (technically a spheroid because its not perfectly round, it bulges out a bit on one side) and people are still debating this topic in 2016?? IF this isn't proof of humanities foolishness and ignorance, I don't know what is.
