Killed on camera.

Id like Seraph to try and rationalize and slither his way through this one

Fuckboy

Ferguson was one thing (Saint Michael the Thrice Aggrieved).

The Gardner incident is quite another.
The guy arguably was a slug for selling cigarettes illegally, but it did not in anyway justify the actions of the cop (in violation of department guidelines), and a man is dead as a result.

Now, where I would agree with Seraph is with respect to resisting arrest. The moment that happened, it escalated the situation with the cops.
I'm not going to get into militarization of the police, fighting actions done by officers "under color of law", or the "us versus them" mentality--those are topics for another thread.
For what small comfort it is, Gardner's family should lawyer up and launch a civil suit. They would most likely win, IMHO.
