Who is your black hero?

Having a hero isn't childish. We all need a source of inspiration and in my case I have at least 3 including Colin Powell since I was going to go in the Army but I couldn't get a medical waiver for a problem with my spine.

I wish he would run for president...but it more than likely won't happen now, thanks to the Bush family.
He would be the only person to get me to vote Republican.

p-angel is my black hero. she might not be truly black idk rly but she has an accent and that is sort of like being black on dxp.

Who is your black hero (especially if you are not yourself black)? I am white but my black hero is Berry Gordy. I grew up listening to a lot of Motown and still listen to it sometimes. Many will say MLK or Mandela but MLK screwed everything that moved even though he was supposed to be a "man of God" and plagiarised his doctorate. And Mandela would not renounce terrorism which is the reason he spent so long in jail. As far as I know Berry Gordy had/has no moral pretensions.
