I was talking to my mother in law about this trial.

And she said that she's read his history....he has a personality that is very "impulsive"

he is a "happy-trigger" kind of guy, where he is known to have guns in his house and uses firearms.

I bet the judges read that, cause they have to see and know his history background. Like someone here mentioned....it wasn't pre-meditative, but because of his impulsiveness, (his downfall it seems) this is what happens.

The crazy thing is the defense is saying he can't serve time, cause prison is too harsh, he wouldn't do well there.

what? that's the whole point, what is he supposed to be in some posh prison.

i hope he impulsively shoots himself.

he'd cry alot, and start going crazy. He's too impulsive. The judges have a good idea of his "personality" and character just by his background.

ahah a leo/scorpio union is one of the most difficult unions.

the scorpio will end up hating the leo at every turn.

I agree with this ~ Scorp sun and Moon leo ~ ouch ~ controlling

to be honest, the aquarius mars aspecting alot of aries planets/placements, with cap moon, was the most controlling and the most abusive i've ever been with in a relationship.

He'd hit me if i ever did anything "wrong" in his eyes, even if it were just to be clumsy and being myself, or if i touched any of his stuff. He was the most abusive and cruel person in the world; i lived in terror all the time with him and told no one, due to the extreme fear. i cried everyday.

Scorpio sun/leo moon is not abusive at all, especially with soft aspects. Look at Julia Roberts.

Julia doesn't have the male ego though L.

Sorry you went through abuse ~ that must be awful ~ i would have killed him. Why did you stay with a guy like that? 😢

isn't it obvious?? FEAR.

you are told that you are stupid and dumb and no one will ever love you, and they'll hurt your family if you told, then what happens. You keep quiet and suffer and believe that is all your life will be. You just wait till you die.

Fortunately, life didnt turn out that way. I'm happy with who i'm with. And there was no white-knighting either. I dont like men who try to white knight me. I love to go through the suffering with courage and that i was able to LIVE through that and survive. That's what is important.

Men who try to "save" women aren't doing any favours for those women, those women are damaged and need to heal. No one will heal them but themselves.

anyway, he died, so it's okay. all is right with the world.

another mother who knows nothing about her daughter. till daughter gets killed. mother's mothers ...mothers

I'm reading now that Oscar sent the family payments thru their lawyer soon after the killing, because the family was in "financial distress"

Living off the money of your daughters killer? I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this.

Oscar Pistorius will be released from prison for good behavior on Aug. 21 and be placed under house arrest after serving 10 months for killing his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, South Africa??s corrections department said Monday. —He's behaving himself very well,?? said Zach Modise, the acting corrections commissioner. —He hasn't given us any problems.?? Mr. Pistorius, a double-amputee Olympian, was acquitted of murder last year and found guilty of culpable homicide, or manslaughter, receiving a five-year sentence. In November, prosecutors will again seek a murder conviction at the Supreme Court of Appeal, the court announced Monday.
