I tried to get every answer as wrong as possible and it still wouldn't give me a score below 100 lmao.

Of course anyone will score high. No one would inadvertently promote their website via posting their score on Facebook if it gave them a score that didn't make them feel like a bawss!

Plus, if they're selling "in depth reports", a high score will get suckers to buy it, as they're expecting it to sing the praises of their outstanding unique brilliance. A good catalyst for when they jerk off to the mirror later that night.
