Play, Pause, FForward, Rewind

I've been thinking about this the past few days. I was wondering if I could press one of those buttons with regards to my life which would I press.

Which would you press?

I'd DEFINITELY press rewind. Sooooooooooo many regrets. I've never regretted anything I've done...but I've regretted a kabillion things I haven't done.

I would be tempted to press fforward just because I'm SO damn curious about so many things and how stuff is going to play out.

Idk I'm kinda cool with just play.

Definitely Pause. My mistakes have defined who I am today and going back to change something is the coward's way out. Rewind is out of the question. Period. Fast forwarding through life would mean I missed out on everything in between then and the jump forward. I'm a firm believer in squeezing every ounce out of everything. To be honest, I just want to take a break from everything once in a while. And I can always set up a proper course of action for certain moments in life because mistakes are bound to happen but at least I can soften the blow by knowing I had a plan o begin with. It is then my responsibility to rectify any mistakes and forge ahead, step by step. So Pause.

I, too, would never want to erase mistakes, but I SURE as hell wish I'd have done a billion things differently. Just cause I missed out on so much and I don't feel like I've got the time to ever make up for it.

I guess that could be considered mistakes so if that is the case, I, too, would like to erase my mistakes, Mebs. 😄
