That's on the extreme side, socioeconomically i've seen educated black men/women get passed up on promotions and even fair pay...whilst their cohorts get paid 20-30k more...they get paid less for the same job.

Oh okay, I see your point now. But slaves did help maintain the system for a while until slavery got banned. So yes even blacks help make the system because they were too lazy to get off their ass and do it themselves. So when machinery replaced manual laborers then you could safely say they weren't needed except in the South where the reign of terror lived on. Eventually the hicks adapted to using machines but they were pretty damn bitter about it. By maintain I mean- labored themselves for long hours in the fields picking cotton, tobacco, food, weaving in some cases. So yes, we helped build up the system by giving em what they needed.

for some reason your story reminded me of what happened to me.
i was 7 months pregnant and with some friends, just hanging out. it was around 11pm, we were at this huge park where people usually just walk, but we did something not so common, we were sitting on the grass and just talked. so police came, and they decide that we are very suspicions, so they asked ids from all of us, but they only searched me. cause you know, pregnant women always hide the drugs from others! and drug addicts sit on the grass!click to expand

think about this logically. if for every 100 black vehicles, 30 don't have license for example. 10 white vehicles don't have insurance. over time, what would the critical thinking system do? they would automatically pull over more black vehicles, yes profiling, but the sole purpose is to catch MORE CRIMINALS. you have to align the reality with probability for the most efficient system.
