Rewind button, or fast-forward button?

If you got to pick one, which would you chose? Both of these buttons only work in a 24 hour period, so you can't rewind to something like your childhood, or fast-forward years into the future. Both these buttons also work instantly, so look at them like instant transportation.

The rewind button lets you go back hours, and gives you the ability to do something a different way. So let's say you have a bad interaction, you can instantly go back before it happened and try again. Or if you got into a car crash, you could go back right before it happened and change the course of action.

The fast-forward button lets you skip anything you want. Work, school, and even traffic can be instantly passed. Next thing you know you are relaxing at home. Also you are immune to any type of negative physics by using this button. In other words you can completely skip a gym session, or instantly travel across the world and never feel fatigued, or have to worry about getting hurt during your teleportation.

Which would you chose, and describe why you would pick the button.

Fast forward because my job is slowly killing me. Any amount of time I don’t have to deal with that stress and bs from management is a blessing.

Rewind. Lol days off on solo time when it willn't have a big effect.

I'd be very very picky on what I'd use it on and when, most dire situations super hero.

I really don't know what good tomorrow will bring that yesterday didn't. But if I had to choose i'd probably pick 24 hours into the future, fast forward. Like if I order something on line and my package expect to come tomorrow or if money heading my way like the next 24 hours or so. I wouldn't want to rewind because I was broke. That's a miserable time of my life. Fast forward it is.

Skip all the boring parts of the day without any negative effects like I described. Like the example i made if you didn't want to go to work, you could instantly have completed the days work and be back at your house relaxing. Or if you wanted to research a skill, you could instantly learn and retain all the information within a second. Except time still moves forward. So if you studied for 12 hours, 12 hours still goes by. You just didn't have to actually do work to learn the information thanks to the fast-forward button.

I think people are missing the point. It doesn't go 24 hours, just can't go past 24 hours.

Like I mentioned it would be useful for skipping the boring parts of the day like work or traffic. Like say you don't feel like going to work, you could skip forward to where you completed work and relaxing at home. You could also use it to instantly develop a skill. For example you could learn and retain 12 hours of information within a second without actually having to do any work with the fast-forward button.
