Depending on the game... You're looking at $ 1- $ 10 at most for a single game.

Instead of selling them on ebay, I'd take them to a Game X-change and offer the whole lot for a set amount of money. Saves on having to pay shipping cost.

Congratulations!

Open the DVD on your computer and check the property information. You should get date and the computer name that wrote the disk. Should give you enough legal proof, that it was once on his hard drive.

I'm glad to hear you got the tape back. Am I right in reading your post as it being a DVD though, not a tape? That's bad news, because it might mean he's still got a digital copy stashed on a computer, or a spare hard drive or something in his home. I'd still press charges on the dirtbag, it's the only way to be reasonably certain that no copies of that ever get out into the wild.

yup i caught that one, didnt know what i was going to do about that one, until robyn told me about the date and name should be on the disk. also the police told me that will give them the right to a warrant to search his home. 🙂 Thanks guys.

If there was audio of you saying anything, then it would fall under Illinois??s state laws for ease dropping, which require two party consent to record a conversation. Eavesdropping, for a first offense is a Class 4 felony. Contact your counties state attorney, if you have enough proof they should be able to get a warrant for his computer. Have the other girls (who are willing) file with you, might give your case a higher priority.

oh its plenty of audio, unfortunately. the idiot didnt turn the camera off for a good 3 hours. one of the girls already filed a report. i'm doing mine this morning. Thanks a lot Robyn.

btw, this tape/disk etc, has more than one day on it. earlier i just couldnt watch it through. but when robyn told me about the date and name i saw how much data was stored on it and it was a lot more for the time i watched. so i fast forward. and there it was.

that is horrible robyn. i filed the report. but unfortunately the female officer told me not to file it with her. because if she took it to the chief it would look like a 'women's rights type of thing' and they are very old fashioned there. my case would never make it passed her desk. she had me to come back in an hour when her shift was over and talk to the guy that would be there. she told me to mention how my dad would be so upset about something like this. because the cop had 5 daughters and he was very over protective. 🙂. when i filed my report with him, he turned beet red. and he was furious. so, thats it. we will see what happens now.

and i havent heard from the ex at all dont want too. blocked him from yahoo, fb and my phone.
