Tactics and games in rs

When I read about somebody is playing games in rs or having tactics...I am always confused imagining how is this supposed to go?

Man sees the woman who caught his interest. Thinking ‘I’ll state at her for 3 days. Then I’ll say hello in a sexy manner. Then I’ll stop paying attention to her. Later I’ll text her and then be silent...after which I’ll come up and talk to her about weather and compliment her eyes. Then I’ll play silent game...

Does it really happen like that?

It can’t be. So how DOES it work?

And who are those sickos? People with mental issues and low self esteem or...who? Really?

the man must follow the lady and make the little noise of his mouth, but when the womap looks back he is play surprised

The man bumps into the woman like he was getting into the meat market while she is going out but he must wait one week before the stop paying attention

the man comes from the back and say "hello sexy mama " loud enough the other customers must become bothered and you must do the sexy there or the woman is in the wrong direction
