PP sleeps on his back so I can sleep on top of him. Not the most comfortable position, but you get used to the pain.
Pay for a gym membership, so you'll have that accountability to go.
Laziness leads to depression for me, personally, so that's always been my motivation to be productive.

Break it down into smaller goals, so it doesn't seem so daunting. Don't try to do/change it all at once. Take your time with it.

This is how basic behavior change happens. You make small goals and increase as you go along. That's why diet and exercise plans fail. People are doing too much too fast and it just sets you up for failure.

Going to the gym regularly requires a lot of dedication, but once you are able to move past that initial laziness and create a routine that suits you, you'll find that it can actually become addicting. Not only will it make you feel more healthy and confident, that drive and motivation you develop will manifest in other areas of your life, as well.
