Ive ran at least 6 miles every morning for the past year. Hit the gym every evening at 8 until 10.. 7 days a week, no days off. I broke my toe and couldnt run.. 1 day, I didnt run.. at first I kinda liked the idea of having an excuse.. but that whole day I felt like a piece of shit. I was anxious. So, I started crunches and situps for the same time period.. now my toe is good enough to run again... but now I miss the situps and crunches..
Organizing my chaos has done wonders mentally, physically, and spiritually for me.
Curious to hear if anyone else has something they do?
