The incredible hulk

I don't know what in my chart contribute to identifying with that green character. I can identify with the incredible hulk for a number of reasons. He and I are both quiet and don't talk. We're both bulky in appearance. We both got that same scorpionic stare to make people back away. And yes he's a scorpio, no I am not.

Idk if anybody here has seen the departed but leonardo di caprios role on there resonates with me all the time.

Then Earl from my name is earl lol Jay Gatsby from the great gatsby was another one because I chased the love of my life for eons.

And definetly Cubas role on Boyz N the Hood. didn't have dad but I also was so close to the streets I could feel it. And my dawgs was just that. I just wanted better

Trey from Boyz N the Hood.

I became emotional watching that movie recently.

It wasn't even a sad part, it was the bbq scene.

The dancing, the aluminum foil going over the food. It brought back

a LOT of memories of being black in the 90s. It just ... things were different.

Such a beautiful movie though. It's one of my favorites. I used to be afraid of it \

when I was young when it was released though.

I loved His father. I relate to him more. I'm not as strict as him but I love learning

and thinking outside the box. His knowledge and wisdom kept him and his son

alive and it's why he was always calm and collected even in crazy situations.

The part I love about him is when everyone started to gather around when

he was talking about gentrification. For a second, they all forgot about the madness.

They wanted to hear and listen because they all wanted to get out really..

And The Departed was also a good movie. Leo...

He was very smart. maybe too smart for his surroundings,

and things seemed to not work out for him because of that.

Trey used his intelligence to leave but Leo's Character did not

Love this break and Furious(i think thats his name)was a great character. That scene did stand out alot. For some reason, Menace II Society was much more darker for me and I have no clue why as Trey saw both his best friends die. They both take me back as well.

Love what you said about Leo. He signed his death certifitcate when he let Matts character know he knew he was the double agent. That got him killed imo. He always let his emotions rule him and that was the part I resonated with the most. Smarter than his surroundings yet in far deeper than he imagined

The departed is such a beautiful film. How it's shot and the storyline.

Leo did not want to end up like his brother [if I remember correctly]?

And my brother loved Menace II Society. I have never seen it

but I know what movie you are talking about. I had to stop at Boyz N the hood lol.

Boyz N the Hood, it's a very emotional movie to me. It's a well-done period piece.

And the struggles with the characters are heartbreaking. The children see the dead body

near the train tracks; that was beyond words. I loved when one of the bullies threw Ricky his Fathers football back though. A lot of death and crime but the movie had a heart and a real message...

"stop" the violence...

The only character i have truly identified with is kung fu panda. He could not be more taurus.

He never changed his ways regardless of shaming and outside pressure until Master Shifu made him fight to get his food. We enjoy life, the only way we use our strength is to refuse to bow down to people even if its selfdestructive so they better use the carrot not the stick.
