The idea of women disliking men but getting smashed by women who looks like men with a strap-on is confusing.

Has anyone considered another aspect of this problem? If this sperm bank could screw up something as simple as race categorization, how many children out there are going to be born with serious genetic disorders that could have been prevented if not for gross incompetence?
All personal issues aside, this company absolutely should be sued and investigated for their business practices. These are human lives at stake.

Yanno, wtf? Couple paid big money to have a white kid, sperm bank fucked up.
It's not racist, it's bad business. I hope these women win their lawsuit.
Agreed-- and yes, they deserve to win for breach of contract, bad business... whatever.
But I'm not sure that either of those things need justification, like the over-dramatized
bullshiite I'm reading (we have to drive across town to get her hair cut... *sob*).
Considering her reaction to peer pressure, I'm shocked that this woman ever made it out of the closet.
Jeeezus. o.O
They don't need to drive anywhere to do that child's hair.
How stupid and vapid. Clearly trying to get rich quick.
That poor baby. 😢
I agree... obviously--
I'm not sure why the histrionics are necessary to make this otherwise LEGITIMATE case stick.
Would you feel the same if a black, lesbian couple was protesting the birth of their
accidentally half Nordic child?
Half-Asian child?
Half-Indian child?
Yes.
Please don't edit my posts to suit your responses-- clearly it wasn't for the sake of brevity.
And the questions were rhetorical; I've already formed an opinion on what I think you would
(or would not) do in those situations.

Other than that, lol bitch, welcome to what it feels like to be a minority. That's what I pick up most from the whole story- the whitest of white is now experiencing what a lot of minorities face daily, and they don't like it. Hope the entire thing smooths out because the kid is going to be the one who gets hurt the most in the long run.
They ARE part of a minority group by virtue of sexual orientation, just not racial minorities. Of course, that statement certainly doesn't mean to imply that gay people can't be racially-prejudiced 'cause they surely can.
