That's why there's 5 billion songs about it
That's why there's 200,000 Psychologists/Therapists who specialize in this area alone
That's why there are 30 million women who are single & don't know why
That's why there are 50 million guys who still can't figure out women
That's why the divorce rate is higher than the rate for which people are even getting married
That's why so many of YOUR relationships don't work out (as made apparent by your threads asking for advice about what? Some love interest!)

I'm real easy when it comes to beer. I'll get a Corona because it's there at the bar and it's never let me down before. Only one I get particular about is Hoegarden white, which I love whenever I see it on tap.

Krys you tend to generalise then get offended when people are asking about why you said certain things. I suggest moving away from the 'we' word. You've made your point but for the love of all things sane, we don't all fall into one category or another, there are gray areas.
At the end of the day people can do what ever the fuck they want. They are not you and just because you don't understand them doesn't mean what they do is wrong or weird or ironic.

I know... exactly. And your theory applies to me too! I can say/do whatever the F I want! And I will do so whether or not you think what I have to say is weird or ironic. There. We're even =)
Everyone has a right to their own opinion. When I have my own opinion it's like omg Krys is so 1-sided. But when others have their point of view, they say things like, "Well there's many different ways to think about something," & the whole time, I'm thinking UM YEAH EXACTLY!
And it just so happens that the purpose of creating your own thread is to talk about things from your OWN perspective (meaning MINE)! Sometimes people relate to my perspective, other times they don't. The same is true for whatever opinions you guys have about certain things. I'm sure there are 500 people who agree with you & another 1,000 who don't. Who cares. Life goes on!

As a woman yourself, do you think you're being hypocritical in the way you represent yourself? I think that's what LIB is having problems with, the "WE" because not ALL women are like what Krys' OP is suggesting. Some of us ARE very real, take me as I am or leave me kind of thing.
Remember when someone said something about women being emotionally weak, I think it was CC & most women here were like "oh hell no!". I think it's about relating...if SOME members of your sex do certain things you don't relate to, you're going to protest obviously if someone says such things are what (all) women do. We maybe all women but each is an individual with different ways of thinking & varying levels of self-esteem, etc.

One thing I am guilty of doing is projecting my own insecurities and thought patterns onto men when I was totally off base.
Preach! I'm the same way. I think it's due to past relations with the douche lord variety of the male species lol. Once bitten, twice shy...the person who came up with that was no crackhead lol, it's VERY real.
If the shoe fits, wear it! If it doesn't, why are you so offended?!
If I write a post that says, "When men are Dead beat fathers" that clearly doesn't apply to ALL men. It only applies to the men who ARE dead beats!
So when I wrote this post asking women why we CAN be hypocrites (and yes every single woman on this earth has made a mistake), it was directed towards SPECIFIC situations, hence the reason I listed so many examples. No where in my thread did I say, "ALL WOMEN ARE THIS WAY." So don't accuse me of being too general when I DID make it clear that this was only directed to the women whom these situations applied to.
When you guys title threads like, "How do US Aries love?" or "What should WE do when a guy stops calling?" do you see me going out of my way to say, "Well wait, not all guys stop calling so omg stop grouping them all b/c I can't take it?!" NO!
Shut upppppp! Everything on this site is somewhat generalized. The thread options aren't "Relationships that I/YOU go through." It simply says "Relationships." The thread options aren't "Aquarius and the poster's opinion." It simply says "Aquarius." So if you post a thread under these categories, any logical sensible adult would know clearly that you're not talking about every single person walking on earth who might fit under that category. You go into a thread & determine if you can relate or not. If you know someone like that or not. If you agree or not. That is it!
I'm not explaining myself again. I said 500 pages ago that I was only talking about the women who's shoe fits in the examples I was giving. Why some of you guys are refusing to act like I didn't say that just for the purposes of arguing, is beyond me. You'd think I kept responding like "Nope ALL women are the same." But I didn't! So let it goooooooo! OR keep it moving! *Door swings both ways

It doesn't matter WHEN I said it, whether it was said in the 1st paragraph or the last. When someone says NO I AM NOT SAYING THAT ALL PEOPLE ARE THIS WAY, you act like an adult, say OK & keep it moving. I have made that clear many times! And will not argue about this again.
If you can't relate to this thread or if you don't know any women who have made these mistakes, fine! My world won't come crashing down! But just b/c some of you haven't had certain experiences doesn't give you the right to trivialize the fact that some absolutely have! Just b/c you can't relate doesn't mean that these things aren't a daily reality for others.
