Why do women always win

This isn't to bash women it why is the tables always turned against men? We get screwed every time divorce is probably the biggest thing guys get screwed on.

So what has brought this up is a guy that worked for the same corporation I used to work for got the same raw deal I ended up with. A female employee making complaints to get rid of the employee and upper management f*cks over the guy. The management wouldn't listen to reason with me made my life miserable said f*ck you a**holes I'm out of here.

A superintendent I know that works for another company says he doesn't like hiring women he says all they do is cause sh** he has an all guy work force.

Not getting into the details what happened with me lets just say she did a lot of lying upper management lapped it up like a puppy dog and blamed me for everything. I will never work with women again period, f*ck that its not worth it. I didn't know the other guy that got the same fate as me I just heard what he got let go for was the same thing as myself. Management knows they can manipulate women easier than women start bribing them with incentives women are money hungry they will do anything for more money. There are a few women in the departments I worked with are rebels and the corporation is trying to force them out but they can't fire a woman for harassment. Almost 90% of the new hires are women they are all formed into a** kissing its part of training.

I know the corporation was using this to get rid of me for other reasons the fact they couldn't control me, they like obedient employees the ones that jump when they snapped their fingers. They could careless who you are they liked the fact they can control you get out of line they use threats to knock you back into fear. I didn't put up with that sh** I'm a bit of a rebel they didn't like that things started to run too smoothly in my dept under my control. They love employees because they can mold them into a** kissers make promises to them that never keep. They like hiring women because they can lure a woman in with good wages they offer them more money than they can make in other place.

They want the new hires to start troubles for the longer term employees to drive them out as the longer term employees are not a** kisser they can't be controlled. I don't find this to be true at all. I have a staff of 30, all adults, all professionals. It's about 50/50 women/men. I have the most issues with the men honestly. They are worse than 15 year old girls sometimes. Hot tempered/moody/sulky/stubborn, it seriously amazes me.. In fact, I had an issue yesterday with 3 men, all over 40, who seemed completely unable to communicate and work together on something, it is so exasperating!

Also, you kind of sound like a conspiracy theorist that has a problem with authority. I have no doubt they probably wanted to get rid of you for other reasons and used this as the "final straw". I'm also betting those "other" reasons were completely founded. Sounds like you just want to make waves and piss people off. You are berating the women to "conforming" and doing what is asked and expected of them. Umm . . . . that is called being a good employee, not an ass kisser. I'm sure dealing with you was just a dream for upper management. . . Keep being that self proclaimed "rebel" in the work place, see how far that gets you.

I've always been self employed this job I had was the longest I've ever worked for somebody else. I took the job to have something easier on my body. It was good for a few years then things changed in management the job started to get more pressure on me. I ended up with stress related issues I was close to having an ulcer, many sleepless nights because of stress. Because I was self employed for many years I operated the division efficiently made sure things worked smoothly. Things would get mired in red tape I would get angry and start doing things on my own because I would get p*ssed off it is easier to beg for forgiveness.

Employee morale is rock bottom because it doesn't matter how good of a job you do its not recognized but the first screw up you make you are picked on get hauled off for meetings. Nobody is happy its a negative environment pretty hard to stay positive. They train the new hires to be ass kissers the new hires are impresses by the money they are making it takes a few years to realize they are getting screwed. The management encourages the backstabbing and infighting with the employees they want the new hires to fink on the longer term employees, you can't trust the new hires.

The woman that caused me troubles only worked for the company for 2 years she was a real ass kisser she tried to impress management every chance she could get.

Sounds like a place my ex-fiance used to work for. It was a factory job, but the pay was amazing. Although my ex wasn't previously self-employed, his previous job gave him a lot of independence and he was basically on his own and responsible for only himself. His transition to the factory was rough. He was a very stubborn and hot-headed guy, and every time he'd "rise up" and "rebel" against what he thought was wrong -- he thought his way was better -- they would beat him back down. 12 hour night shifts. Switching him to the most labor intensive positions.

Unfortunately, some jobs are shit. Some companies have management that purposefully create distopia or a volitale atmosphere to keep employees in check. Once the ex decided to just put his head down and do whatever they said without question, his life there got a lot easier. Eventually, he found a new job somewhere else. So... if your company/management is bein a big ol' dick, just remember it's THEM creating it. It's not about men vs women. Your company may have CREATED that environment on it's own, but I guarantee it's just a part of the manipulation.

She got me on being a bully I was going through a rough time at work things were not going smoothly I had to get things back on track I laid down the law. I wasn't being a bully to her I played favorites with her but she was hurt and angry with me for a personal reasons. She wanted revenge she knew if she claimed I was bullying the staff it would get me in butter with my superiors.

Anytime she would get hurt or angry with me over personal reasons she would start claiming I was being a bully. She was lying through her teeth but they took her side because she is an ass kisser. This happened a few more times my superiors were riding on me it was putting excessive stress in my life. The other staff are too scared to stand up for me it is one for all all for one in the company. I walked away told my bosses see ya I'm done.

She wanted revenge and she wanted to raise up in the ranks, she got her revenge but she never did raise up in the ranks. Funny how when a girl is hurt common sense goes out the window she was so focused on wanting revenge against me she didn't think of the ramifications. The fact she's got the reputation of being a backstabber anybody that works in the department with her don't trust her. The management she was ass kissing too will throw her under the bus.

I walked away happy man I have options in my life she doesn't, I have more experience than her, I will always make more money than her. My goal in life was to learn as many skills I could its made me really versatile I'm back in the industries I came from.

When I was a child there was this public place where I met a certain woman (a few times). She got beaten by her man. Her body was full with dark blue spots. She enjoyed telling her pain story to other women. Everybody felt sorry for her. Annd gave her advice to leave him and build a new life. Then next week you saw her with similar spots, similar stories.

Maybe she was already insane. (Is masochism a character disorder?)
Maybe she was slowly moving.
I don't know.
In the statistic there's place for all variations: maybe she died one day when he beat him. Or maybe she is divorced/free now and living with one of her children. Or a new spouse. Maybe she threated him to kill himself, he said do it, and she did it. Maybe he was just away from her life: death/prison/whateva.


I think Stihl is just ok in his world of thoughts. A little mixed with illusions and fantasy. Sometimes random. Or inspired by another dxp post.

I'm happy I'm back to my roots, working today doing what I used to do it feels good to use my knowledge again I don't have the constraints of corporation rules and regulations. I'm my own boss again I control my own destiny.

The job I was in is good for people that can't think for themselves or need somebody to control the direction in their life. You are pretty much a robot you do what you are told you really don't have any say in things.

People that know me wondered why I was in a job I was in because they know I have the skills to do anything I want. I was taking the easy way out it was making me miserable, I like to have control I like to see results.

The girl that caused me trouble will find out that the job isn't for her the reason why I like her is she is like myself. She will get frustrated that nothing changes it doesn't matter how hard you work its not recognized. The only reason why she is there is the money is good she's never had a job where she is making 49,000 dollars a year. She's had office jobs before but they were less money.

I'm waiting on a job right now where I will be making good 20,000 dollars more a year than I was making and I will be using the skills I have.

corporate frustration? shared pain among millions.

I got some news today I'm getting a bit closer to landing the job I want and I can laugh at the girl that thought she would win against me. She never gained a damn thing doing what she did to me she's still in her old job position and she will be answering to a person that will not be as easy going as I was. She has no chance of promotion for at least 3 years if the superiors will even promote her at all.

If things go as planned for me I will be making more money my life should be a little less stressful, I have some investments coming to me that I can use to pay off some bills that are holding me back. I'm moving forward it will p*ss her off royally she is so jealous of my successes at work she would always try belittle it to make herself look better than me.

I do everything honestly not like her who tries to used people for her own gain that's backfired on her she never used me because I never let her. She's is nice to a few key people to try use them for her gain its never worked. She is so focused on herself she is very selfish all she thinks of is herself. She's getting a good life lesson which she needs, tree trunking people over doesn't work, every job she's had she's done the same.

The only way she could over power me was turn into a cry baby snitching to the superiors her manipulative tactics worked on the others she always got what she wanted. My revenge was put her in a position where she was out of her comfort zone I could watch her squirm. Your not so tough now are you and she knew it I seen hear weaknesses that she would hide from ever body. She doesn't have anybody to run to now for emotional support somebody she can talk too.

She gets angry the stinger gets charged up and she wanted to sting me I was the only one in her life that challenged her. Her BF doesn't challenge her she walks all over him that's what p*sses her off.
