Well I can honestly say since being in my 30's I have more confidence and less body hang ups. This is so freeing.
Funny thing is I had a better body when I was younger and spent so much time worrying about how my partner saw me I forgot to enjoy myself. When in a long term relationship it wasn't so bad, but still had the issues in the back of my mind.
Sex is better for me now as I know what I want and am not afraid to ask/go for it. Also definitely more adventurous. More laid back too, things that I used to really dislike don't bother me at all anymore. I spend more time actually enjoying sex now I have less inhibitions.

Well, I was a complete nympho in my 20's. I was a little worried about getting into my 30's and wanting it MORE. I mean, I'd have to go into the sex entertainment industry or something. Then, I hit 32 and it just....stopped. Lost all sesation, and after a while, I just quit wanting it. No doc could explain it except by saying it was stress or a bad relationship, or had I been molested? Shit.
10 years later, I was diagnosed with basically a dead thyroid caused by an autoimmune disease. Got good treatment and lo and behold, it all comes back with a VENGEANCE, lol.
Definitely better than anything I had in my twenties, not to mention that I'm not on any birth control which essentially messed me up. But yeah, my thirties sucked in that department.

I've been hearing a lot about how women don't reach their "sexual peak" until their 30's. There's a lot of conflicting view points by researchers, Drs and scientists. Some say it's true, others say it's a myth. Some of the believers say it is because of elevated hormone levels in your 30s and others say it's a confidence thing (women over 30 have enough experience to be confident, are more free from body hangups and insecurities and are more adventurous and direct about what they like/want, etc).
So, those of you who are over 30 or have slept with a women over 30, what has been your experience, do you think it's true? Is it really "dirty thirty" for women?
