Gemini moon man
I recently became cool with an Aqua sun, Gem moon. Seems very consistent, stable, reliable.. for now anyways lol
Does your friend have a lot of Neptune stuff going on in his chart? Could explain why his look changes.
But what advice are you needing though? Until he does something to seriously violate trust or whatever, enjoy the wit and humor

im a gemini sun,gemini moon woman,and i was hell of a lot moodier in the past,i would wake up in a bad mood and it would stay with me for almost all day,but then it passes,now i calmed down alot
im stable,balanced and i think before i speak,so the wishy washy aspect of my personality is none existent,its like my twins are working really well with each other
when one takes the lead the other steps back,and vice versa,but my dark side is under wraps,u dont want to see it come out lol
maybe its because the sun and moon are in the 12th house,but i am calm most of the time
