Personally I have known 3 other Scorpio moon women besides myself. I think they're fine lol... We get each other, we understand each other's sensitivities and are in tune with one another. 3 of them are good friends.

One of my best friends is a Scorpio moon/Gem sun. My Libra moon is semisextile to hers, so we're drawn to each other in some way, other than our suns.
Her tendency to shut people out when she's processing things can irritate me at times. However, I'm a 12th house moon and very Plutonian -- so I have no room to talk lol for the most part, I enjoy this placement.

Well one Scorpio moon woman here. I'm really loyal and loving, I just need time to open up for one like I don't trust people my personal things easily. Really controlled emotions and desire to be in control of everything. I don't want to give people a chance to hurt me. Scorpio moons desire deep emotions, deep talks and deep connections. Most of them have quite hard time with either their mother or with their childhood so be aware of that. Just like Capricorn moons they may get depressed because they don't know how to show their emotions.
