WATCH:

Part 1:

Part 2:

http://dai.ly/x126rzx
I just watched Macbeth at the theatre last week, word got out that everyone was on meth which explained the crazy modern adaptation but it scared the shit out of me u could totally tell everyone was on meth..lol anyways it's a fucked up story

If you like psychological and kitsch horror watch Rosemary's baby

If you like BANG CLASH scare tactics then watch the insidious series it's totally under rated and the story is amazing not to mention the 3rd is coming out soon so you want to get up to date and watch the first 2

I'm a big fan of sci fi horror so I def recommend aliens, event horizon, cube,

My newest favourite is the Babadook it came out last year and it is just a short sweet fucked up story that will have you scared of the dark and make you question your own sound mind

What are you in the mood for?

Based on books? You could go for "Jaws" or Stephen King's hits like "It" or "The Shining."

Possession? There's always "The Exorcist," the sequel to "The Amityville Horror" which is "Amityville II: the Possession."

Hauntings? "Grave Encounters" is really good, as was "A Haunting in Connecticut," and of course "Poltergeist."

Slasher films? You could go with any of the "Friday the 13th," "Halloween," or "Nightmare on Elm Street" films (though of the latter Wes Craven's [the first, third, and seventh] are the best).

Ghosts? "Thirteen Ghosts" is excellent because it's non-stop action with real actors, not CGI ghosts. Not only that, but each ghost has a backstory. "House on Haunted Hill" was quite good as well, until the stupid ending.

You like gore? The first 5 "Saw" films are good. "Hellraiser" 2 & 3 upped the gore quite nicely, but the first one is, of course, excellent.

The options are endless, really, but this is a pretty generalized list. Let me know if you'd like more suggestions.

It's not insidious that was all that scary...I meant SINISTER.
I found Insidious scarier though. Partly because I suffer from sleep paralysis.

Sinister was just meh.

What's that like? I use to have night terrors as a child but grew out of it. I rarely have a nightmare, and when I do it doesn't phase me whatsoever. I see lots of people (mainly women) Who claim to have sleep paralysis.

I do often times see shadow figure out of the corner of my eyesthough, but I tell myself it was nothing. I also have moments when I wake up from a dead sleep with wide eyes like somthing was watching me, but nothing is ever there.

I am very sensitive and know when something's just not right around me. I get this feeling of being afraid, but it doesn't happen everywhere. I used to be pretty afraid of the house I grew up in. I think something bad might have happened there. One time when I fell asleep watching tv in the basement I woke suddenly to a gunshot. That one stuck with me.

I can say though that there's nothing going on in my house now though. I am never afraid...never that uneasy feeling like someone is there or watching me. I'm glad.

I can relate to that. I've been in a few houses where things didn't feel right on the inside. Those were the houses I'd randomly wake up like somthing was near me, but the room is always empty. It's just me.

In my last house I had a weird thing happen once on youtube. I went to listen to a song called I Am God by Clam Casino, only the video went fuzzy and gave me the "Unable to load video." screen it often gives when somthing glitches. Only then music started playing and I could easily recognize it. It was I Am God but backwards, which is a Clam Casino song called I Am the devil. The screen was still fuzzy and still said unable to play video, and no other page was open. Only the one. It kind of freaked me out to the point I had to just stare at the screen with a blank expression. I couldn't believe this happened and just kept looking at the screen. Finally I exited the page, but the music was still playing. Finally I shut my pc off and it obviously stopped, I loaded it back up, went to youtube, and tried the song again. It played perfectly fine, so I wrote it off as a freaky glitch in youtube.

I think this is from the ring. If not sorry for the reference.

As a child the ring traumatized me. Every time i shut my eyes I'd see the part where the guy opens the closet only to find a dead rotten corpse jump scares style. I was afraid to open closets, and still till this day can't sleep unless the closet is completely closed.

Also another clip from a corny move was the part in cabin feaver where the guy sees the girls face and her lips are gone from the flesh eating bacteria. That image traumatized my child self lol

Then I'd freak the fuck out lmao!

Probably start running frantically only to end up beating my head off a wall until death.
Is he beating his head into the wall or just facing it? I couldn't tell from the movie...It's the blair witch movie. Did you see it?

and LOL @ freaking the fuck out. I might just have a very airy reaction and freak out inside but the outside looks calm haha.

I think he's hanging from a piece of metal that's in the wall. If I remember correctly, then again most of these movies I only watched once as a child. I might go and rent a bunch of them though now that all these movies have been brought up lol.

The one that did it in the most for me was Child's Play. That movie is the core to my childhood fear. Nothing was more devastating to my innocents then that doll. I think its funny when I watch it today, but as a 5-10 year old child I was pissing my pants just at the sight of the movie cover in a movie rental place.

Here's a fun childhood memory. My mom would often have her friend babysit so her and my dad could go out on occasion. It was a close friend, and a person she could trust. That bitch made me and her own kids watch child's play over and over when I was around 4, and laughed the whole time at how terrified it made me feel. She forced me to watch that movie multiple times.

I don't even remember her name. I was too young to really say much to my parents yet. For all I know my dad probably convinced her because he always though I was a little bitch. I was just sensitive is all. One time I got into his movies and watched Pink Floyd the Wall and was again terrified from all the blood and death. It isn't even a scary movie, just about war, isolation, drug addiction, and a few other adult related topics. It really pissed him off at how bad it scared me. I remember no comfort, just anger. The same thing happened when I watched the Ring at my grandparents around 10. They couldn't understand why I was so traumatized, and got so pissed off at me because the way I was acting. I remember no comfort, just anger that somthing fake was making me cry like a lil bitch. I just remember trying to shutting my eyes and seeing fear.

Also the part where the children with the creepy masks are falling into a machine and being grind into meat.. That part really scared me. I know it all looks fake but as a child I related to other children.

The Wall is like my favorite movie today, now that I understand it from an adults perspective. I love the deep meaning in that movie and it's entirety.

It has the ability to spark my emotion, so when I start to feel hollow, isolated, and emotionless I watch it as a way to open myself up. The weird part is I can now relate to both the adult and child. Idk why but that movie reminds me of myself for many reasons. It was the first thing I ever feared, and told me a story of many things I'd experience in life.

They were trapped there. She actually died in order for her daughter to escape back into the living world. Second movie actually explains the first one.
I don't recall the second one but I feel like I might have 'tried' to watch it and lost interest. For some reason, movies that evoke the feeling of "being trapped with no escape" are especially scary to me. Like with Resident Evil (the first one). I remember being really moved by it.

ps don't LOL @ me k

I don't remember it either, I lost interest not because it was scary but it was really boring. I might actually have walked out the cinema before the end
