Not sure what to think. The science fiction was good, until the Deus Ex Machina, which I found a bit ridiculous and straight out of a Dr-Who episode.
The robots were very cool though.

I didnt understand the last part of the film. If we evolved from dying why bother helping us from the future. Did the earth die?Did the robot evolve too. What did she do with gravity?The film was good but could have been a lot better with the ending. time travel films very confusing..... wait for it TERMINATOR GENISYS gonna crap on you.

Re: the two previous posts;

There's indeed a paradox at the center of the plot, it's not necessarily a bad thing. I can live with that.
But I felt parts of the movie seemed rushed and the whole thing was a bit too preachy and they used science at the service of their spiritualist/pseudo-philosophical shit, which I dislike.

I loved it, I love how he ended up inside a huge man made fractal of love lol.......It was a brilliant movie because the more we touch on 5th dimensional subjects in movies the more it becomes common ground for us to explore. I loved the robot, menacing and brought up those feelings of distrust (I kept thinking he had anterior motives in regards to the mission).

I absolutely loved the wormhole but I don't like how they were travelling inside it, it should have just been enough to travel around the horizon till everything goes white then a big explosion of colourful, distorted, psychedelic galaxies flying pass till they arrived at their destination would have sufficed lol

The problem I had were some of the camera angles, I don't mind the surveillance camera angle (like the ones you see attached to rockets as they lift off) it would have been better if the camera wasn't attached to the craft, but actually away from it so you see more of whats going on around it. I also had some problems with the scale of gargantuan and the ex planets, and when they arrived in the new galaxy they didn't really show how amazing it was..

Also tech wise they should have been able to see whats down on the shallow water planet with state of the art camera equipment to see whats happening down there, also state of the art sensors etc

but I did like the movie, I did end up liking the connection he had with his daughter even though I thought the start was boring me, that drone chase wasn't even necessary.
