It certainly seems like they were born to play the parts. One of my favourite movies ever.

And the movie itself looks so lush, going by that trailer. It will be interesting to see it. 🙂

I can't wait to see it! The aqua and I were at the movies and saw the preview.... After the preview was over, we turned to look at each other, nodded once and the next preview. Lol!

The movie looks beautiful but I HATED the book. And I've read it twice- once in HS, once as an adult, which just confirmed that I hated it. It seriously made me angry- how careless they are. A colleague of mine says that is the point of the book. Still, it offends my Cappy sensibilities. lol.

OMG this movie!!!!! its so fucking good.....I'm just in the middle of downloading everything Baz lurman has directed because I realised he gets me when I watched this movie......I never wanted to watch australia even though I'm australian and I haven't seen moulin rouge only romeo and Juliet which I saw again 2 days ago for the second time the first was when I was 8......and holy shit it is fucking amazing!

but this movie is just so whimsically fabulous!! It is quite breathtaking and I didn't even understand a lot of what was going on even though it was a simple story.......and I love the time it was set its good to see movies set in that time and they are not black and white for once....

whats really funny is that I watched project x......and its a movie about a kid who has this crazy party that gets out of hand....and shows all the kids getting drunk and shit faced on pills and the music is just shit...

and then you have this movie and its just so much more fabulous and classy and I just think baz lurman is the monet of modern cinema and I want my life to be like the great gatsby movie
