For me it's straight up romcoms

If i had to pick a favourite it would be (and this actually pretty decent to be fair) 500 Days of Summer.

I came on here just to post this one message. It came to me like a revelation! (Well, actually, it's on cable right now, but this thread flashed like lightning in my brain!)

Maybe it goes under the category of (corny) coming-of-age comedies.

Totally underrated! It's like a reality-show directed by Paul Verhoeven. I came for the boobs but stayed for the drama. That film was intense. And I don't care what they say, Berkley did a great job!

*Once again, great taste in movies*

Speaking of Verhoeven, my guilty pleasure is RoboCop (1987).

Buffalo 66 by Vincent Gallo. The best indie movie of all times, if you ask me. It's one of those movies where you're really there in the moment and you never quite know what to expect next. The melancholy and the overall bittersweet tone of the film.... well, you can just tell it was made by a moody Cancer mooner! 😄
