Hope you're not feeling divorce-y!
This one's lyrics are amazing.
"It's harder to be friends than lovers, and you shouldn't try to mix the two. 'Cause if you do it, and you're still unhappy, then you know that the problem is you."

Posted by Fantum"Boys of Summer" Ironically...First time I had sex with a girl... 6th grade. Alot of songs played on the radio that night. I cried and told my mom. I was scared when she asked me to spend the night. I avoided it as much as I could.Posted by VenusAquariusThat is so adorable!!
In grade school, another Aries had a crush on me from kindergarten until 5th grade. I hated him. He even gave me his mother's wedding ring because his parents were divorced.
One day, he came to tell me bye. He was moving. He kissed me on my cheek. I was angry and chased him... When I got home, this song came on and I started crying.
I met my first major crush at summer camp when I was 10 and this song was popular. It still strikes a pang in my heart. 😢

You're not leaving your man again are you?

Posted by FantumShe's still beautiful today tho.Posted by VenusAquariusYes, she was! Exile in Guyville was amazing, but her albums got progressively worse after that. She's a good example of what happens when you base your act too much on your sexuality. I mean, her lyrics are very intelligent, but she really leaned on her looks and being scandalous.Posted by FantumLiz Phair... that Aries was a trend setter for female angst.

Posted by Fantumi agree with you all on that, there comes a time after menopause it isn't sexy anymore to be scandalous.Posted by VenusAquariusShe is! And she's still a great performer. But I don't think her act aged well, and she didn't mature as much as an artist as I hoped she would.Posted by FantumShe's still beautiful today tho.Posted by VenusAquariusYes, she was! I'll start out with my personal favorites. Although, I was always the one to end "it," "it" consumed me with horrific anxiety that only stopped when I cut ties. The more anxiety, the more likely I was to just disappear.
I would use music.. from my point of view and theirs. The music would fall into my lap at the right time. So, you will see every point of view.
