If they have Tropical Capricorn sun, Virgo moon, and Gemini rising with Pisces MC then they were born between 2:44pm and 3:11pm EST +5:00.
The time that these signs entered into their respective placements exceeds 28 minutes, by 1 minute. And, they said that Terry was born 28 minutes before Linda. Maybe she was born 27 minutes before Linda instead?
That or one has a Cancer rising and the other a Gem rising. Which would, between the two of them, give them 7 water houses that are of significance.

The only way the 7 water houses work is if the “Gem rising” is wrong, and only 1 of them has Gem rising while the other has Cancer rising, which would give them 7 water houses between the two.

$ 500?! Wow. That’s a lot, for a future that isn’t set in stone. I don’t think anyone can predict the future, but I feel like people can predict the current story...until free will kicks in and then that prediction is no longer relevant.
Also, the timing thing never works! Almost every psychic has not been able to correctly predict a specific time.

i do agree that predicting events are very risky and more than half the time, it doesn't come true.
