Yes. I put a spell on my Aqua ex. I have two tiny bears made of brass, symbolising us (cuddly bear was our nickname). As long as they are together (on my cupboard), he will not be able to get me out of his head completely.

you need to be very focused
It can go either way if you cast on someone and you are bending their free will it will backfire however if you cast to nudge someone along then it can work.
