Congratulations guy!!! You gonna get your tastes buds back after all these years!
Keep up the great work 👍🏽
Out of those 11 days.....which were the most difficult?
Probably day 1,2,3. Sometimes I think about them but I'd rather choose an alternative like food , gym, or nap

What do I need my taste buds for?
I’ve never smoked cigarettes before 😁
Good job on your 11 days. That’s a great accomplishment and no doubt very hard especially if you’re around other smokers.
Thanks sweetness
Congrats!
My only advice is stay tf away from all tobacco or nicotine related products. I quit for 2 years, then new years came around. My cousin just got out of the military, so I figured I buy an expensive cigar for him, my best friend, and myself. Thats when I fucked up. After that I would buy a cigar on occasion, and puff on it. Then I started to buy black n milds. After I got addicted to nicotine again I said fuck it, might as well smoke cigs again. That was a year ago I started again. Quitting is honestly the hardest part. After that its jist staying away from it. I could be around people who use tobacco with no problems. The second I gave it to myself again however I was instantly hooked.
Also make sure to exercise regularly, and try to maintain a good diet. During the 2 years I was tobacco free I gained 70 pounds due to over eating. Food can easily fill the void left by nicotine addiction. Just stay away from it at all costs, and maintain a good diet and you will be a whole new person. Best of luck!
It’s been 10 months since I quit. I don’t miss it at all and stayed away from weed until a month ago since the last time I quit I would replace cigarettes with joints and that’s just too much.
Coffee helped me, idk why. The only bad side effect of it all is that I gained 10 pounds that I have yet to lose.
Good luck! It feels great to be free of smoking.
How longs it been for u? What'd u do to replace smoking? I eat more & hit the gym every day now 😁
-30 min. lol
-Last time I tried quitting was because I was trying to get better mile times. That lasted for about a year until I started dating my chainsmoking Cancerian ex.
