Hi everyone I hope your all keeping well.

I just wanted to ask when your feeling down and depressed what do you do to bring yourself back up to feeling you again.

I have really struggled so much as many people have also, with there mental health.

For me I have 3 beautiful little girls I work fulltime I have my own place I have my car I have my beautiful partner who I really adore with all my heart yet I am struggling at the moment I just feel emotional all the time lately .

I just want to break down and being a Sagittarius I am usually care free and always exploring with an open mind I usually have the energyto pick myself back up but lately I cant do it.

I have really lost my way and I feel like I am being a burden on my relationship I don't get whats the matter.

Please state your signs and how you pick your self's back up.

My partner Gem is living in the moment and I shake myself out of the negative energy for about a few days and then bang its back but why I just want to be fun and care free again.

Is there any of you that have also struggled there are alot worse people out there than me and I feel selfish to feel this way.

In the past ~

Therapy, healing and any kind of help I could get my hands on. If you allow things to fester they will keep coming back and keep knocking on your door until you face them..

Now ~

Walking

Dancing and singing

Taking a drive near water

Reading a good book with a cup of hot choc

Talking with my family and friends

Meditating and mindful breathing

Cooking a nice meal

Pampering myself

Giving thanks 🙏 for all I have and how far I’ve come

Edit to add: praying and trusting in a higher power. Without my spiritual beliefs, I’d not be here

When I'm depressed? Nothing. Absolutely nothing, except scrolling. Endlessly scrolling through my social media, while I feel trapped inside this loop. I find myself watching videos I don't even like watching.

When I get sick of it and I'm pulling myself out? I watch comedy. I sing out loud. I force myself to physically do something I need to so I can say I did something. Like washing a dish. Sometimes I just write a to-do list and make planning https://printsbery.com/planner-templates/goal

If it's been too long, I force myself to do something about it, or at least make a plan to fix it.
