My cat is out there somewhere. She's pregnant. God! I'm always telling everybody NOT to let her out and does anyone listen? Nope! I came home in the evening. Cat's not home like always. I found some guey liquid stuff on the floor of my room. Touched it, smelled it, has no scent. Clean it with a tissue and it was clear with a slight yellow hint. Didn't really know what to think. I just knew it was my kitty. She's not even a year old. Yea, I know, I'm so erresponsible for letting her get pregnant in the first place :S she was brought home from a farm and we didn't know much about cats but I fell in love with her and we kept her. Like dogs I thought she wouldn't have those sort of things to worry about until one year.
Closer to my closet I found some more of the guey stuff and when I cleaned it up with another white tissue I some some pinkish blood color. I'm afraid for her. She must have planned and prepared a nest somewhere outside, somewhere warm I'm sure. Cats' have always been clever creatures. I did close up the.. whatever it's called, those holes on the bottom side of the house, under the building... so she wouldn't give birth there. But, God, I'm stupid! I couldn't have prevented her from having babies under someone elses house!
I went out and walked up and down the block quietly. Trying to listen. The little kittens might make some sqeeks and cries. But I didn't hear anything. I wonder how far she might have gone. 😢
I was hoping to at least be by her side while she gave birth. I want to watch it. I find it important for some reason. I need to be on the scene. Not to help, because cats, dear God, they know what they're doing! But I just need to be with her.

I understand that you're worried, but it's pure instinct to find a safe place to birth her babes.
Cats are ready to breed at 6 months of age. And can have up to 4 litters per year. You did not 'let her' do this thing. A female cat in heat is out of her mind.
More than likely she's in a safe place, nursing her little ones. Just keep checking around if it makes you feel better to do so.
And if you'd like it to not happen again, take her to the vet to get spayed.

I was planning to get her spayed but I didn't know they breed at 6 months :S
I sort of paranoide right now. It's midnight and I'm just online doing as I please and I heard a sound outside my window. Sounded like a baby kitten. I would recognize my cats voice lol. I went to check it out. I even went barefoot just so I wouldn't make much noise and frighten them. Since I didn't hear anything for a while I called out for my kitty. She usually comes out running towords me, meowing, no matter where she was or what she was doing. I'm sure she is safe and taking care of her new borns, but I'm uneasy just not knowing where they are. I've read that cats under the age of one sometimes don't survive. Or have unhealthy babies. And though she's pretty strong the idea alone freaks me out.
It's 4am and 😢 still nothing.

Thanks for the support. I really do hope I see her in the morning. I mean lol she has to come home and eat right? And when I do I'm going to try to follow her to her babies and bring them home. Build a little nest for them and keep them in my quiet room so the rest of the family doesn't barge in.. I just hope she hasn't had allot because I don't know so many people who like cats as much as I do. Most of my relatives hate cat, and for no good reason. Something about them being evil animals. BS stuff. And if I could afford them I'd keep them all. And spayed in time! I just don't want to add up the number in animals at the shelters.

🙂 Cats aren't evil. Creatures of Venus and they love hard in their way, it's just more aloof than canine adoration. So much superstition about cats.
I hope you find her, and I don't know if you've had experience with mother cats or not, but if they sense any kind of danger to their litter they will hide them elsewhere. Just so you know in case you didn't before. 🙂

Thanks. I didn't know they'd hide them but I knew that they defend their little ones like there is no tomorrow. It's really amazing. I would put my hand on her belly while she'd lay, and I would feel the kittens moving and kicking and oh, it was beautiful. I might be the only one who felt it too. She wouldn't let my mom touch her belly at first unless I was around. I've never experience birth or death. So, it was something I wanted to be a part of, her giving birth, just to watch from a distance but not interfere. Oh well, at least I got to see some gue on my bedroom floor lol

Dear Lord! She was in my closet this wholllle timmm!!!!

Oh my God! Oh this is the most preciouse experience!

It was about 8am I was laying in bed just readin and hoping that she'll come come and bring the babies with her. The back door left open. And I start to hear the bell of my sweet baby's coulor. And I thought: maybe she's under our house after all. how would she get in?? maybe she's under the neighbors house?! And in my face! She walks from the end of my room to the door to get food in the kitchen. I get up and start asking really loud to my mom in the living room who's already starting some house chourse: when did she come it? I thought I must have been in my book too deep to nitice her come into my room! My mom was suprised as I was! And if she hadn't seen her cross the living area to come to my room in the first place I didn't know what to believe! Was there a secret hole or door by the end of my bed, around the closet area—
THEN I remembered that behind my laundry basket there's some space open because of a single bag kept hidden! I use the basket for extra storage having a small room and a closet just as small.
I reach down behind the basket because it's too dark to see, and I feel soft furr! I run to my mom: she had them in my closet!!! OMG! That explains why I heard some kitten cry last night but never found anything outside. lmao because it was inside! OH Dear God!
She had pulled a summer dress of mine back there. She had here babies on my dress. I had to trow it away because it was covered in bloody gue and stank!
And one was dead 😢 it wasn't the most space back there! how could she have even managed to push all those kitties out back there? One was pressed against the bag and it was suffacated I think 😢 poor creature! I barried it already in the backyard.

I've sacrafised allot for my cat and still do. I pulled allot of things out of there and put in a towel for her to lay on with her babies and a small basket next to them so when she leaves them to have food and do other things for herself I can put them in their so they would crawl around everywhere and get hurt or lost.

They are so beautiful! I'm going to post photos later!

We still have that bond, my cat and I. 🙂

I support her by peting her and telling her how beautiful and strong she is. I put my hand down infront of her and we stare into eachothers eye comunicating in a way. She would put her sweet paw on my hand and we keep looking.

Two are asleep under mommy's tail, while two are sucking and drinking milk. One, the silly one, is fighting and pushing and scratching the two eating to steal their nipple! Awww one day old and already full of energy this one. And there are plenty of unaccupied nipples. I don't even know how to name these angels. I can't tell their gender yet but they all look like boys to me so far lol. I keep trying to break up the fight and haha the mommy just watches while it squicks.

She's not just my kitty anymore, she's a beautiful feline mother!

Thank you. By the way I've already named the on in this photo. I call her Rhino because of the marks on her face. But then again I named her when I still didn't know her gender lol and there is one boy out of all of them. I actually wish I can keep one of them, but my mom says no. I mean, if I had a job I'd decide that myself and cover the expenses. There are two all black with the same white marks and one of them is the boy. It's almost like they're twins lol

I really do hope to find cat lovers who will take them in and love 'em like mad!
