Sorry to hear that Shaka - I know how that feels.

I always say drink is never the answer, although it's a fairly good temporary solution sometimes.

At least that's how it seems at the time.

just wish the friend good luck.and pray that he/she remains happy.

My resloutions are:

1. To be smarter, in many areas of my life -- education, relationships, etc. Haha, I'm a year older so I have to start getting serious 😉

2. To lose 15 pounds before March 1, 2008

3. To save more money

-find work elswhere by the end of this year atleast...
-save more money...
-make more money...(i now run a risk of sounding like a cap..lol)
-n what else...? maybe im gonna be gaining a few pounds after so much over eating last few months..so lose some weight...err...

Last summer, the same thing happened to my friend's sister. Her buddy was on a boat and everyone was drink. Somwhow, her friend fell in the river.

Those sudden things are always hard to deal, but it teaches us to be careful with our own activities too

Hey Nyx, secretly that's why I'm saving money too. Although I'm not attached, I do want some saved IF (and only if) I find someone crazy enough to marry. LOL, and believe me, the guy would have to be a total nutcase to marry crazy girl like me LOL!!!!!!! I'm betting on Mr. Scorpio 😛

Well, there are a few other Misters (all casual, nothing seroius yet) but Mr Scorpio is the only promising one so far. There's one virgo who is a close second but I'm scared of him LOL but he is promising 🙂

Speaking of virgos, where's Shaka? I hope he's doing okay 😢

Yes sir, all bymyself 🙂 I will be with my family but there's no special someone 🙂 That's a good thing because I have to study for a stupid placement exam and if I had a guy around I wouldn't concentrate LOL, I would give too much attention to him and not enough to study. But thanks for asking. Try surrounding yourself with family too, that will make things alot easier too 🙂

Im gonna have dinner with my dad, bro and sister tomorrow in amsterdam so Im gonna be just fine..If I survive tonight..lol!

To save up 5 figures (almost there) - take more time off and thus stop working so damn much. Basically enjoy life for once.

Haven't really done any resolutions for the last couple of years, not since I've not been in the mood to actually go through with them. Trying to not put too much weigh on during my pregnancy, as I should have been trying to lose weight, but enjoying food too much. Trying to keep in contact with friends, even if only by email. That's it for me, just these will be enough and if I'm very, very good and get some way with these, maybe I can have a new one for the next new year.
