haha, anytime i have nothing bad's come of it...except getting back together and me realising it was all a huge mistake because the guy still breathes too loudly and is just super annoying.
in this case though, i'm trying to kill the urge completely. i doubt a happy ending would be in store. i want an ex detox!

or thumbs, but big doughy ones so the text would show up as 'thrhkjhjhfvajkkliuyujjj'. then you could just explain it away the next day as, 'pretty big network error last night. soz!'
Put it in a box with a locker style padlock. If you're truly 'faced you won't be able to maneuver it. Problem solved.

heh, i like this one too. i'm off the booze this weekend, sinuses are playing up. sooo if any texting urge should occur...i can't blame the alcohol!

I am the WORST when it comes to drunk texting.
I don't mean the whole "text an ex" crap though.
I just usually text crazy shit or as noticed recently when I'm stressed I'll have the odd drunken text rant lol. Not fun.
I suppose the easy answer would be leave your phone at home?
Or in my case perhaps just try not to be a drunken arsewipe lol.
i don't like drinking when i'm out, it's a bit of a danger zone when you're not in full control. but yeah, alcohol just warms up those impulses. tricking you it's okay to say what you want, when in reality...nuh uh.
never quite managed a ranty text though, kind of lose my train of thought halfway through x_x

I love it when your mates forward your texts back to you the next day and you're like eh WTF lol.
I once text all my mates saying to come help me because my TV was infested with mega gerbils.
I don't even know what that means or what I was thinking when I sent it.
That's what half a bottle of sambuca will do to you lol.
lol! sambuca is lethal! so is rum, i swear i just have to smell it and bam! out like a light.
oh yeah, and there's that saying...'a drunk mind speaks a sober heart.'

so...how does everyone handle this? i'm looking for tips. tips that go beyond literally sitting on your hands or putting your phone at the other side of the room so that getting up to text/call is way too much effort.
why does a few cans of beer make it an acceptable and brilliant idea to contact someone who's going siberia on you? jeez, i've never had it this bad before. the temptation is...too great for me. luckily i'm stubborn 😆. so, so far no emotional causalties...but c'mon, share your 'how not to be a psycho strategies'!!
