I can't speculate him but I'd say any relationship that causes you to be sick or lose sleep is bad news.

he's just like those men using another to get over his 20 year marriage...I'd say keep him at arms length... let him move on from his 20 year marriage...which quite honestly will not happen...too much length of time and history with his wife...you both are rebounding off each other...
