Pisces man ghosting

Hello everyone,

So I met this pisces man about a year ago. It was all friendly. We had a lot in common and interesting times. About 3m ago he indirectly asked me what a woman like me would consider a man like him. While I did like him a lot I never really thought of him in that way since he never approached me romantically. Just friendship wise. I said yes I would be open to it. We continued to talk at the same 1-2weekly pace. He didn't ask me out, so against what I usually do I asked him out in a friendly manner. He said yes he'd like to go out least once a week. We went out 5times today. After the first he said he enjoyed himself but didn't mention anything about another date so I didn't want to assume anything. The following week he calls me saying why I was not at the meeting place. He was little upset but we wrote it off as miscommunication. We went out 3more times after that, he ghosted me twice during that time for days, once even a week at a time. I didn't make a big deal about it but it didn't set with me since I made it clear I'm not into the games. He said he wasn't either. I see he'd be online yet still unable to write a simple hello I'm bust atm I'll get to you soon...yet still have time to like pics here and there. As a capricorn my time is very valuable. I don't like to waste my time or others. I was hospitalized due to a sudden illness. He checked on me, being very sweet but after I got out he started back on the ghosting while still visible online on social media. Even making some too friendly comments on pictures. Yet when he does communicate it's like with full force charm... I'm the one for him. He's looked for me all his life, etc. I'm wondering if this is a pisces thing or he's just stringing me along.
