Pisces man so selfish when is coming about help ?

I have a Pisces male friend and when is coming about help I need, he just give some advices and uncare at al , so passive. But he ask to meet for personal reasons ( he is alone in city and bored as is holiday now here). Do you have such experences with Pisces man while you are in troubles ( financial or other troubles to solving urgently) and he doesnt help you at all ?

Its not the duty of your friend to bail you out financially. Friendship doesn't = access to his bank account. Maybe try taking his advice and then you wouldn't be in such dire financial straits. Js.
