"I wouldn't allow this woman to hurt me any longer."
There's your answer.
For me, blood relation is irrelevant. If someone is toxic and too harmful for me to keep around = gone for good.
thank you guys are right
it sucks because my father is guilt tripping me
other people are guilt tripping me
i know she's crazy
she knows she's crazy
but that's no excuse.....
i'm still trying to pick up the pieces
You have to do what's best for you 🤗 don't let her or anyone else guilt trip you into not doing what's best for you.

You need to feel/experience what life is like without her. (Well you might want to!)To be... Just you.
To be truly independent. That way, you will will be truly in charge... And therefore truly take charge.
I know
I can't keep making the same mistakes
it's time to grow and i can't grow if I keep repeating old patterns by letting her back into my life
especially when i really need to focus on school and my career aspirations
also most importantly self-care
i'm finally learning to love myself
one day i know i'll be whole 🙂
You'll both be better off apart. Sometimes seeing people (even parents)! in small doses is for the best. Be strong and look forward to a new exciting time in your life 🙂

She's abandoned me several times in my life.
Once left me homeless for about a year.
She's literally, the source of my trust issues with women and why I have yet to have a successful relationship and I'm almost 30.
This past January when she flipped out and dismissed me again I told myself never again.
I wouldn't allow this woman to hurt me any longer.
I'm moving across the country in a few weeks and she's trying to bribe me with money.
What should I do?
