Really pisses me off .....

When a person comes in here to get relationship advise, or just guidance in life in general ... then this is what other people are for, to get a different viewpoint, so they can expand.

(This pissing moment comes from the Virgo board)

However, most people already know thier people of the real world, and don't need advise. We don't know the ones they talk about, we only know what is being posted, and I guarantee that what is posted is slanted, like a lobbyist. We are only going to be told what is needed to get people to be sympathetic of one-side.

And if people fall for that .. then they no different than "them" .. "them" being the media, the government, those that only tell you very particular things to manipulate your response/actions.

And it pisses me off. If a person wants help, that's ok .. but, if a person wants others to take a side, when these people have no REAL fucking idea of the truth, then that is worse then lying, worse than stealing .. because it robs people of thier integrity = convincing people to make a stand, based on misinformation.

Sort of like the religion .... if you're going to make a vow of a god, at least have the courage to read/take-in/consider ALL of the information. Not JUST what is printed in one book.

We are still human .. I get caught up sometimes also, especially when someone doesn't understand what I'm sayhing and that I'm not talking about them personally, I'm talking about the reality of it.

Yea I think I know what you mean...I try to explain to people some of my insight. But then they get all excited n shit and somehow it gets personal. To me it's basic understandings, yin and yang. With each action there's a consequence. People don't seem to grasp this logic.

I don't think I explained myself properly, but meh I know what I feel. Kind of just woke up too so my brain is still in tired mode 😆 haha.

Yep. And the reason for that in my opinion is that when you are emotionally involved it's hard to be objective. I've been there myself. I remember posting a while back about a situation with my family, which you P commented on. At the time I did only see things from one side but the comments you and others posted made me take a step back and look at the situation objectively - even without knowing the full story.

Anyway it helped. That's all I wanted to say.

People generally like to hear only what they want to hear, and whether they do it consciously, will slant things in their favor. It's really hard to seek unbiased opinion sometimes. I think, in a way, those who seek opinions should expect both sides of the story and those giving opinions should purposefully submit information that is also two-sided.

Exactly! Honestly how can anyone give an unbiased opinion/request for help? It's impossible. You can try your hardest to see both points but if you made a decision and you want advise on it the information you are giving is from your point of view. Only way to truly get both sides is to have both parties stating what happened around each other and a subjective person to hear it and filter out the personal biased opinions. Until then it will only be biased.

On the other side the logic that you are applying to answer the question is based on the experiences you have gathered through your own biased thoughts. Everything is subjective even history.

I am a realistic..so when i point out the possibilities of the negative aspects that can happen , people tell me that i am negative...but it is actuality that these things exists...so when people see how i respond about needed advice, or the advice i give, it pisses me off too...but you and i had misunderstandings in the beginnin of me comin here until i read your postings again, most do not understand the way you put it out there because you are not preparing them to the fact that it is only the way reality is if it hits you .so if it is advice that bothered them or I then it was because when it happens the way you say it to happened that end result from the advice about the situation is actually how they or I will feel and you are just the messenger, but they say dont shoot the messenger, well p( you stay gettin shot cause people have to learn that you give advice by givin it straight based off the facts given to you, but if a person describes all the details for you and others then it would be really long posts.thats y i always try to put in to my posts any info i feel to be valueable

Some people are not comfortable taking their life game to another level. Looking at a situation objectively from all sides requires emotional and spiritual maturity. Not a popular concept with a lot of folks out there.

I think that people have to be able to see their own faults before they can truly see something from all sides. If they are able to accept the bad, they'd surely be able to see the good. Same deal: if they can accept one opinion, they should be able to accept the other. If that all makes sense.
